As a Certified Dementia Practitioner with extensive experience in all levels of the disease, I offer personalized guidance to ensure you and your loved one are living your best Status Quo possible!   This includes working with families who struggle over care decisions,  navigating what and when a caregiver service is needed,  home and safety assessments,  environment changes to reduce anxiety,  support team implementation with family, friends, and other volunteer services, mail and bill management,  and tailored solutions for your unique needs as they change.   I work with families at a distance and directly on-site in Sussex County.
