Meet Michele, the Founder and CEO

Michele High is a dedicated professional who has worked in almost every aspect of senior living facilities and home care management.  Because of her experience, she became an Aging In Place Activist, who speaks openly on the pros and cons - mostly cons, that seniors face when they choose -or are forced to move to a facility.  

Now you can hire her as your own Aging in Place Home Care Manager.  She guides adult siblings who are keeping their parent at home, specializing in difficult cases of Dementia.  And she is also hired by seniors who need support in educating their adult children on their choice to stay at home and how they will do it safely.

Her company also sells the very first of its kind, The My Status Quo Home Catalog.   This service was started by seniors who were hiring her to put the contents of their home in a spreadsheet for their executors.  Over time she found that printing a ‘Home Catalog’ did much more than the digital spreadsheet.  It helped protect the contents of the home and the caregivers and staff who work there.  it created clarity for family and friends, and spares the executor so much wasted time and money processing the estate.  It offers clarity and peace of mind never seen before.  

Early 2026 she started the My Status Quo Podcast to provide a source of information for seniors and Dementia caregivers in Delaware and beyond.  Topics focus on aging in place support, health, and wellness. Find it wherever you listen to podcasts.
