About our Founder

Michele High is a dedicated professional who has worked in almost every aspect of senior living facilities and home care management.  Because of her experience, she became an Aging in Place activist and speaks openly on the pros and cons seniors face when they choose to move to a facility.   

She founded My Status Quo, Inc. right before the Covid pandemic while she was living in D.C., her goal was to support families who were keeping their loved ones at home with Dementia.  When she discovered similar challenges between the residents of facilities and her clients who live at home, she created the only comprehensive home inventory service called the My Status Quo Home Catalog.  This unique service helps protect the contents of your home,  supports Dementia caregivers,  protects home care staff, and alleviates countless hours of estate allocation.
